Painted steel is the standard in the lab industry due to its strength and durability. Its heavy-duty construction is capable of supporting heavy loads. Extensive door and drawer configurations provide a variety of layout options to maximize storage.
Facilities requiring superior protection against rust, corrosion and moisture the casework can also be constructed with a Sigma Barrier Coating. Colors can be selected from a range of Standard Colors (Custom colors are also available).
Inset Design: A traditional design with the doors and drawers set into the cabinet frame. The full range of cabinetry from base cabinets to tall floor mounted cabinets is available in the Inset design. Available in powder coated steel, stainless steel and wood veneer fronts.
Overlay Design: A sleek cabinet de
sign whereby the cabinet door or drawer front covers the entire face frame so that only the cabinet door is seen with no part of the face frame visible. The full range of the cabinetry from base cabinets to tall floor mounted cabinets is available in the Architectural Overlay design.
Wood Fronts: Combine the durability of Painted Steel or Stainless casework with the aesthetic warmth of wood fronts. Wood
fronts are available in both inset and overlay design. Choose from 20 standard powder coating colors, a wide range of quality veneers in a multitude finishes. To compliment the cabinet a wide selection of handles and hinges are available.

The entire standard product range is available in type 304 and 316 type stainless steel and is manufactured to a #4 satin finish.

Sigma Flex™ system is the answer the industry’s increasing demand for flexible and adaptable laboratory space. Our customers can begin with the choice of a support structure from our wide range of island and wall cores, countertop uprights, single core frames, or wall rails. The next step is to design and build a custom laboratory by adding suspended casework, mobile and fixed cabinets, and shelving. All adjustable components are designed to be easily repositioned in 1″ increments for ultimate flexibility. Integrate electrical, data and service fixtures vertically or horizontally or add one of our overhead service carriers to bring the services from above. Many other custom options allow the creation of an optimal laboratory that can be reconfigured for the needs of the future with minimal down time through the use of basic skills and without special tools.
The Optima™ Laboratory Bench System to adapt to an array of laboratory processes, equipment, and users. It conveniently supplies all the services and features required for today’s laboratory in a self-contained bench assembly. Using this system, laboratories can be easily created and reconfigures for new applications or changing workspace. Plumbing, electrical and data services can be factory installed to quick connect to ceiling mounted service panels or overhead service carriers.
The Altus Table System offers the right combination of flexibility, durability and affordability to meet current needs, while also allowing easy adaptation for future changes. Tables can be conveniently integrated into existing work spaces or located as freestanding self-supporting moveable workstations. The table frame can be quickly adjusted in 1″ increments from 29″ to 36″ to easily adapt to new tasks, equipment and users. Shelves are height adjustable in 1″ increments which delivers maximum adaptability to accommodate the requirements of individual users. Integrated services allow quick and easy access to services while providing superior flexibility by keeping the work surface clear of fixtures. Pre-wired electrical outlets and data are conveniently located on the utility channel and in the lower rear post. Each is designed to quick connect to ceiling mounted service panels; which decreases installation time while enhancing adaptability. Suitable for multiple applications and designed to withstand heavy loads.
Overhead carriers provide the ultimate service flexibility by allowing for access to services, such as electrical, data, telephone, local exhaust systems, lighting, and plumbing services, throughout the lab.
The Pro Series hoods are manufactured with a durable double wall construction. Standard features include a chain and sprocket or stainless steel cable sash system, louvered by-pass panel, stainless steel duct collar and lower airfoil. All Pro Series hoods come in bench, extra tall bench, walk-in, and ADA heights, with several sash and liner options. Designs are available for HOPEC, perchloric acid, radioisotope, demonstration, or fully accessible (ADA) applications. All hoods can be configured for either variable air volume (VAV) or constant air volume (CAV) systems.
The SafeGuard™ fume hood represents a balance of key safety elements and new design. The SafeGuard™ fume hood was developed to meet the challenging safety, energy conservation, and operational requirements of today’s laboratory. The new contemporary design creates a stylish image for today’s modern lab environment. The hood is designed for 60-100 feet per minute face velocities, is UL 1805 classified and meets ASHRAE guidelines.

Teaching Fume Hoods
The adaptable Optima™ fume hood allows for personalized ergonomics, changing lab processes and is designed to meet demanding safety standards.
Epoxy Resin worktops are molded in large monolithic sections and custom fabricated to your specification. The unique molding process includes a special curing stage that ensures complete chemical reaction throughout the material to create a uniform worksurface of the highest quality. Almost any facility’s worksurfaces can be configured using the components found in any of the styles.
Stainless Steel
Ceramic worktops are chemical-coated stoneware worktops manufactured within the scope of the maximum dimensions, 2000 mm x 990 mm.
Phenolic Resin
Laminar Flow Clean benches are available with horizontal laminar flow or with vertical laminar flow. Both provide a HEPA-filtered environment that protects the sample from airborne contamination. Clean benches do not offer personnel protection.
